The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager and Supervisor to lead daily store operations, inspire a high-performance team, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will shape store success with autonomy and contribute to company growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 2+ years in retail leadership preferred.
• Proven experience as Retail Store Manager or similar with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays; 5+ days availability; average 44 hours with peak periods.
• Proficient with retail management software and basic computer applications.
• Must read/write English clearly to communicate with customers and supervise staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a motivated team; set goals and provide feedback.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve issues.
• Drive store sales and profitability through merchandising and promotions.
• Oversee daily operations: inventory, visual merchandising, and store upkeep; ensure policy compliance and safety.

• Plan and execute local marketing initiatives; build community relationships.
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement innovative solutions for store operations.
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
