• Deliver high levels of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Monitor progress against KPIs to help achieve sales and profit goals.
• Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric mindset.
• Coach and develop associates to meet productivity and engagement targets.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing and floor coverage.
• Support stockroom and inventory flow to the sales floor.
