Job summary

VF Corporation (icebreaker and Smartwool) is seeking a Key Holder in the United States to support store leadership, coach associates, and drive exceptional customer service. You will help maximize store profitability, maintain brand standards, and ensure smooth daily operations in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role requires 1+ years of retail or leadership experience; a High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; hands-on experience valued over formal achievements.
• Proven ability to drive results through store teams and exceed sales and profit goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-level personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Support the store team in achieving and exceeding sales goals by monitoring progress against KPIs.
• Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric mindset through authentic customer interactions.
• Coach and develop associates to deliver high levels of customer engagement and meet productivity goals.
• Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and floor coverage.
• Support stockroom operations by organizing inventory and processing shipments.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members; provide ongoing feedback and support.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product replenishment aligns with brand directives.
• Support inventory integrity through proper shipping, receiving and loss prevention practices.
• Promote community engagement by participating in local initiatives and events.
• Uphold company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Foster a positive and inclusive store environment that encourages creativity, collaboration, and learning.
