Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels.
• Proven ability to drive results through store teams and exceed sales and profit goals.
• Comfortable using word processing, spreadsheets, and retail software tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, coach and develop associates, and ensure operational excellence across customer engagement, merchandising, and store standards.
• Partner with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to maximize store profitability and foster an inclusive team culture.
• Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Support stockroom operations, inventory, shipments, and product flow to the sales floor.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members with ongoing feedback.
