Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience.
• At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead or support a team of associates to meet business objectives.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• 30% Brand: Supervise and plan associates daily goals to deliver a premier client experience and drive sales.
• 30% People: Recruit, train and develop teams; coach and counsel; ensure policy adherence and effective communication.

• 30% Operations: Ensure execution of company processes and omni-channel strategies; manage inventory, payroll and schedules.
