Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development in a fast-paced retail environment. You will help with opening/closing, merchandising, and daily directives while ensuring a safe and engaging shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks when needed.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers with questions or concerns in a positive manner.
• Organize and transfer merchandise between delivery, stockroom, and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process directives and maintain store displays and fixtures.
• Assist in ordering merchandise and loss prevention tasks.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked store areas and secure assets.
• Support Store Manager in training and development of Associates.
