Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to blend strategy, operations, styling, and people leadership. You will drive sales through smart analysis, outstanding customer service, and efficient store processes.

This role involves floorset updates, mentoring staff, and promoting the company culture daily. You will lead opening/closing, staffing, payroll, training, and product knowledge, while maintaining visual displays and inventory control in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsabilidades

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
