Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager in a fast-paced retail environment. You will drive sales by analyzing performance, delivering excellent customer service, and overseeing daily store operations including opening/closing duties and payroll management.

You will lead staffing, training, and development, while leveraging product knowledge to guide customers and maintain brand standards. This role emphasizes growth from within and leadership development within the store network.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom with focus on customer service and operations.
• Conduct staffing, scheduling, and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and conduct inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill Omni-Channel Orders.
• Represent the Brand and exemplify company culture and values.
