• 2–3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Rotational assignments in store areas and strong communication.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and guide team performance.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs and supervises team members in day-to-day store operations.
• Mentors and coaches team members to meet sales and service goals.
• Staffing, selection and hiring to meet staffing needs.
• Promotes succession planning and development for team members.
• Responsible for P&L, achieving sales and reducing shrink.
• Ensures exceptional, fast, and friendly customer service.
• Maintains Meijer standards and conducts required training.
