Job summary

Meijer is seeking a Store Operations Leader to guide day-to-day store performance, staffing, and customer experience. You will manage oversight across departments, hire and develop talent, and implement strategies to improve service, efficiency, and profitability.

You will lead performance discussions, ensure safety and standards, and drive initiatives that boost sales and customer satisfaction across the store.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 5+ years of retail/grocery/operations management/customer service experience.
• 4+ years of progressive leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and performance management for the team.
• Attract, select, and retain a diverse, engaged workforce.
• Communicate financial performance, customer feedback, and recognition across the team.
