Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of related retail experience.
• 1 year of management experience.
• Rotational assignments in various store areas.
• Ability to communicate clearly and resolve conflicts.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and analyze basic data.

Responsibilities

• Staffing, selection and hiring to meet needs.
