Job summary

Walgreens is seeking an experienced Store Operations Leader to supervise customer service teams and manage both front-end and pharmacy operations. You will support the Store Manager, drive store performance, and oversee scheduling, training, and compliance to ensure excellent customer experiences.

Role requires strong leadership, communication, and the ability to develop staff, while maintaining adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with supervisory experience.
• Completion of Walgreens Store Manager training or LEAP preferred.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English; ability to work flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Supervise customer service associates and designated hitters; manage front end and pharmacy operations.
• Support Store Manager to achieve company deliverables and oversee store activities in their absence.
• Recruit, hire, and develop team members; manage performance and discipline as needed.
• Lead and coach team to improve customer experience and store metrics.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, scheduling, and compliance with policies and laws.
• Collaborate with external partners and drive community outreach opportunities.
