Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a solid academic record, or completed Walgreens Community Internship Program.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with strong communication and business acumen.
• Store Manager training LEAP or Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and store operations to meet company deliverables.
• Leads and manages store team including recruitment, hiring, performance management, and discipline.
• Supports Store Manager and ensures proper merchandising and protection of store assets.
• Monitors customer service metrics and coaches team to improve loyalty.
• Manages front end and pharmacy inventory and cash handling.
• Ensures compliance with policies and laws and completes special assignments.
