Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal/written communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work autonomously
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on product options and services.
• Escalate issues to store leadership when needed and follow up.
• Answer telephone inquiries and process customer applications.
• Perform outbound calls for sales, courtesy, and compliance with regulations.
• Respond professionally and help customers feel supported and valued.
• Interact with customers using active listening to clarify information.
• Handle currency, cash drawer, deposits, and other cash-handling tasks.
• Balance batch receipts with store sales reports daily and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform customer verifications and process transactions per policy.
• Comply with federal/state regulations and company procedures.
• Complete compliance trainings promptly and accurately.
• Other duties as assigned.
