• Oversees P&L, sales targets, and shrink control within the department.
• Ensures training completion and adherence to company standards.
• Maintains store appearance and product presentation during prime hours.
• Promotes a safe work environment and reliable attendance.
• Executes disciplinary actions and supports promotion decisions.
• Leads in-store communications and Meijer Friendly Initiative.
