Meijer Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Director for a flagship Louisville, KY location. You will oversee day-to-day store operations, drive sales, manage planograms, and lead a diverse team in a fast-paced grocery environment.

Responsibilities include staffing, performance management, customer service excellence, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. You will partner with community relations to strengthen Meijer’s local presence and maintain operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of retail/grocery/operations management/customer service experience.
• 4+ years of progressive leadership experience.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Store Director in running overall store operations.
• Lead performance management for leaders and team members.
