Marshalls at 100 E John Rowan Blvd in Bardstown, KY, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is hiring for a Key Carrier. The role alternates with the Coordinator role, with a leadership focus and a strong customer service emphasis.

Open availability, including nights and weekends, is required to meet store needs and ensure smooth operations. Key Carriers model outstanding service, coach Associates, and act as Manager on Duty when needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience required.
• 6 months leadership experience required.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure.
• Maintains accurate Associate coverage for a positive customer experience.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs and supports shrink reduction goals.
• Addresses customer service issues and coaches Associates as needed.
• Ensures opening/closing procedures are executed according to guidelines.
