Job summary

Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Key Carrier to support store leadership and day-to-day operations in Mount Pleasant, SC. You will alternate roles with Coordinator, stepping in as a leader while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Open availability including nights and weekends is required. You will mentor Associates, ensure adherence to procedures, and support training while upholding store standards and safety.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail, 6 months leadership experience or equivalent is preferred.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Able to coach and multi-task effectively.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive customer experience.
• Act as Manager on Duty per policy.
• Coach and develop Associates for better performance.
• Ensure store procedures and opening/closing duties are followed.
• Promote safety, labor compliance, and policy adherence.
