• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive customer experience.
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure.
• Ensures store opening/closing procedures are executed according to guidelines.
• Coaches and provides feedback to Associates.
• Maintains accurate Associate coverage and coordinates training needs.
