Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking a Key Carrier to support store leadership and customer service excellence in Marietta, GA. The role alternates with the Coordinator duties and requires flexibility for nights and weekends.

You will lead by example, coach Associates, and ensure adherence to store procedures, while maintaining a positive shopping environment and productive team coverage.

Qualifications

• Open availability, including nights and weekends.
• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Acts as Manager on Duty and adheres to company policy and procedures.
• Ensures opening/closing procedures are executed according to guidelines.
• Coaches and provides feedback to Associates and coordinates training needs.
• Maintains accurate Associate coverage and supports shrink reduction goals.
