CNRG, Inc. is seeking a Team Leader to oversee all store activities in the absence of salaried management. The role requires leadership, strong customer service, and the ability to drive store performance while upholding CNRG’s Mission and Values.

The Team Leader will supervise associates, train new staff, and ensure merchandising, inventory control, and safety guidelines are followed. This hourly position demands flexibility for weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience leading store teams and achieving budgeted goals.
• Strong customer service focus and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to train and motivate associates, manage schedules and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Provide aggressive customer service and supervise store associates.
• Coordinate merchandise orders and analyze sales trends.
• Perform cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Train new associates in product knowledge and selling skills.
• Maintain store appearance and stock areas; create displays.
• Identify and fix safety hazards and ensure compliance.
