Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, and feedback; ensure customer service standards.
• Drive store performance by managing P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and expenses; optimize merchandizing and operations.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities, hire, train, mentor, and recognize associates; promote belonging.
