Qualifications

• 2 years’ college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
• Experience supervising 5+ direct reports with performance management, mentoring, hiring and firing.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, listening to associates, and giving feedback.
• Models exceptional customer service following the One Best Way (OBW) and drives customer initiatives.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Manages merchandise presentation, seasonal transitions, inventory flow and shrink mitigation.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates and recruits qualified staff.
• Ensures compliance with policies, supports ethics and Open Door policies.
