• Ability to lead teams, manage performance, and implement improvements.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate hourly associates.
• Drive store sales by monitoring inventory, merchandising, and customer service.
• Develop action plans to meet budget, shrink, and profit targets.
