Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties and recognizing.
• Promote a belonging mindset in the workplace and recruit and develop qualified associates.
• Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, and listening; tour stores and provide feedback.
• Models customer service per OBW standards and resolves customer issues and drives improvements.
• Drive store financial performance by reviewing P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and managing expenses.
