Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, I acknowledge that the position may require CBC and Firearms Training.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University; experience supervising 5+ direct reports including performance management, mentoring, hiring and firing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams effectively by teaching, training, listening to associates, touring stores and providing feedback.
• Drive the financial performance and sales by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses in the designated area.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, hire, train, mentor, assign duties and promote a sense of belonging.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and support ethics and integrity across operations.
