Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of college, OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience; OR 2 years general work experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, may require firearms background check (CBC) and training where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and listening to associates touring stores and providing feedback.
• Drives financial performance by reviewing PL statements and managing budgeting, forecasting and expenses for the store area.
• Ensures customer service standards and resolves issues by implementing action plans and maintaining high-quality customer experience.
