Qualifications

• 2 years1 of college; OR 1 year1 retail experience and 1 year1 supervisory experience; OR 2 years1 general work experience and 1 year1 supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.
• Associates will attend and complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and actively listening to associates, touring stores and providing feedback.
• Promotes exceptional customer service and drives the One Best Way (OBW) service model across the store.
• Manages store performance, budgeting, merchandising, inventory flow and operational processes to meet sales and profit goals.
