Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Experience supervising teams is preferred.
• Attends trainings and assessments including Academy trainings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams, teach training, and listen to associates.
• Drive store financial performance: review PL, budgeting, and expenses.
• Ensure customer service excellence and implement action plans to improve processes.
• Hire, train, mentor, and set clear expectations for hourly associates.
• Coordinate activities with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs.
