Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams; hire, train, and mentor associates; set expectations.
• Drive store sales, review P&L, budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Ensure customer service excellence and OBW service model adherence.
• Coordinate store operations, merchandising, and process improvements.
