• Knowledge of store merchandise flow and company procedures.

• Ensure opening/closing procedures follow company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate Associate coverage and service quality.
• Promote and process safety, policies, and customer service standards.
• Provide coaching and feedback to team and report progress to management.
