Job summary

The TJ Maxx store in Jacksonville is seeking a Key Carrier to support store leadership and daily operations. This role involves alternating duties between Coordinator and leadership tasks, with a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining store standards.

Open availability including nights and weekends is required. You will model honesty and integrity, supervise Associate coverage, and partner with Management on training and prioritization.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience
• 6 months leadership experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to coach and delegate to others
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
• Ability to work nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive customer experience
• Acts as Manager on Duty following company policies
• Maintains store operations and staffing
• Coaches and provides feedback to Associates
• Ensures safety, cash handling, and loss prevention procedures
• Supports training needs of Associates
• Promotes company loyalty programs and safety initiatives
• Performs other duties as assigned
