The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Key Carrier at TJ Maxx in Rapid City. This elevated coordinator role involves leadership responsibilities, customer service excellence, and supervising store operations to ensure coverage and adherence to policies.

The position requires open availability, including nights and weekends, and a proven ability to coach and develop Associates while maintaining a positive shopping environment. Competitive benefits and opportunities for growth are available.

• Promotes credit and loyalty programs
• Supports and participates in shrink reduction goals and programs
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment
