Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Store Leader in Springdale, AR to lead and develop store teams, drive sales, manage budgets, and ensure outstanding customer service. The role requires supervising experience, strong communication, and the ability to implement company initiatives across store operations.

You will oversee staffing, train associates, and align store goals with Walmart’s One Best Way principles while delivering a high-quality customer experience and maintaining operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and providing feedback to associates on store operations.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Delivers exceptional customer service and implements business initiatives and processes.
