• Leads and develops teams by training and feedback to drive store performance.
• Manages store operations, merchandising, and customer service to meet goals.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates; hires, mentors, and evaluates performance.
• Ensures compliance with Walmart policies and ethics while implementing Open Door guidance.
