Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching training and feedback to associates and driving store operations.
• Drive store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Ensure customer needs and issues are resolved, promote a culture of belonging, and implement process improvements.
