Qualifications

• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Authorized Training requirements.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, listening to associates, and providing feedback.
• Drive store financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Ensure customer needs and issues are resolved; implement action plans to improve service levels.
• Oversee staffing, training, mentoring, recognizing associates, and building qualified teams.
• Promote Walmart values and open-door policy to foster a culture of belonging and integrity.
