Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms: firearms-specific CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.
• Facilities selling only ammunition may require a state-issued Certificate of Eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and actively listening to associates; touring stores and providing feedback.
• Drives financial performance by reviewing PL statements and managing budgeting, forecasting, and expenses.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates and promotes a belonging mindset.
