Job summary

Walmart is seeking a store leader to drive sales and customer satisfaction at its Many, LA location. You will coach and develop hourly associates, oversee budgeting and forecasting, and coordinate merchandising and operations to meet sales goals. Strong emphasis on Abiding by Open Door policies and fostering a culture of belonging and integrity.

The role requires supervisory experience and the ability to lead cross-functional teams while delivering results in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
• For facilities selling firearms, CBC and F.A.T. training may be required.
• Associates must complete required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy, Open Door).

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, listening, giving feedback and directing store operations.
• Drives store financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Oversees customer service initiatives, ensures a high quality customer experience, and resolves issues.
• Recruits, trains, mentors, assigns duties, and promotes a culture of belonging.
• Reviews merchandising, inventory flow, and kills shrink with action plans.
