Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training, listening to associates, and providing feedback.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Oversees supervision and development of hourly associates through hiring, training, mentoring, and assigning duties.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and supports ethics and integrity across store operations.
