Qualifications

• For facilities selling firearms, CBC or eligibility may be required.
• Associates must complete required trainings (Academy, Open Door, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams through training and feedback.
• Drive store financial performance including budgeting, forecasting and expenses.
• Ensure customer service standards and resolve issues using the OBW model.
• Oversee staffing, merchandising, inventory and operations to meet sales goals.
