Qualifications

• Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership with Live Better U program.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams to execute store operations and customer service standards.
• Drive store sales and manage PL, budgeting, and expenses to hit profit goals.
• Develop plans to mitigate shrink and improve merchandising and inventory flow.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates and promote a culture of belonging.
