Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: 2 years’ college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University; experience supervising 5+ direct reports including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, and providing feedback to associates.
• Manage store operations, budgeting, forecasting, and expense control to support sales goals.
• Ensure customer service standards and resolve issues following the One Best Way model.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to implement company initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
