Walmart in North Charleston, SC is seeking a Store Manager to lead and develop teams, coach associates, and drive store performance. You will coach and mentor, encourage teamwork, and communicate company goals, utilizing technology and process improvements to deliver exceptional customer service.

The role requires overseeing operations, merchandising, budgeting, and safety; you will implement action plans to hit sales targets, reduce shrink, and foster a culture of belonging through Open Door

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of college or equivalent work showing supervisory experience.
• May require background checks for firearms facilities.
• Attends and completes all required trainings and assessments.

Responsabilités

• Drive store sales by monitoring budgets, forecasts and expenses.
• Ensure customer service standards and resolve issues.
