Job summary

Walmart Inc. in North Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking a Store Manager to lead store operations, train and develop associates, and deliver excellent customer service by following the One Best Way principles.

You will drive sales and profitability, oversee budgeting, merchandising, and inventory, and build strong relationships with stakeholders while promoting a culture of belonging and continuous improvement. This is a full-time role with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by training and listening to associates, touring stores and providing feedback.
• Drive financial performance by reviewing P&L, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Supervise hourly associates, set expectations, recognize performance, and foster a culture of belonging.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Open Door Policy, guiding on applying these in business processes.
