Job summary

Walmart is seeking a skilled store leader to drive the performance of a designated store area. You will lead and develop teams, manage budgets, and execute customer service initiatives to deliver a high-quality shopping experience.

With a focus on justice, integrity, and belonging, you will implement training, coaching, and strategic plans to meet sales and profit targets while ensuring compliance and safety across the store.

Qualifications

• 2 years of college or 1 year of retail experience plus 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership via Live Better U and Bellevue University is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams effectively by teaching, training and actively listening to associates and providing feedback.
• Drives the financial performance of the store by reviewing P&L, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and standards, promotes a culture of belonging and drives customer service initiatives.
