Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop hourly associates; hire, train, mentor, assign duties and set clear expectations.
• Provide associate recognition and maintain a culture of belonging while applying Open Door guidance.
• Ensure customer needs, complaints and issues are resolved and drive customer service initiatives.
• Manage store area performance: budget, merchandising, inventory flow, shrink control and profit goals.
