Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking a strong retail leader to join our management team in Jersey. You will coach, mentor, and lead a high-performing team to deliver five-star customer service and exceed sales plans.

You will manage floor operations, scheduling, and payroll while maintaining budgeted hours, inventory, and merchandising standards. The role requires people leadership, coaching, and a commitment to customer focus across all roles.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or degree.
• Two-four years prior retail management experience in an apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior experience with a computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Leads and models a customer first culture across all roles.
• Monitors payroll to ensure hours do not exceed the monthly budget and reviews timesheets for all roles.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to enhance individual selling skills and processes.
• Communicates daily sales goals to all team members and drives action.
• Assists in building a strong bench and talent pipeline, ensuring staffing within 30 days.
