Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and complete all trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams through training, feedback, and coaching.
• Oversee store operations, budgeting, forecasting, and expense control to protect profits.
• Ensure exceptional customer service, resolve issues, and implement process improvements.
• Drive sales and inventory management; ensure optimal merchandise presentation and shrink mitigation.
• Attract, hire, and develop hourly associates and promote a culture of belonging.
