Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of general management experience with financial accountability and supervising at least 50 associates and 5 exempt employees.
• Alternatively, 4 years of general management experience with supervision responsibilities as described.
• For facilities selling firearms, may require firearms-related background checks and training.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and store performance through budgeting, planning, and financial accountability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and Academy/store requirements.
